Its a team for less experianced riders who are not at the pro team level of riding and competing. Like an AM eam

Yeah, flow means that they put out footy and send it to the sponsor and the sponsor sends them stuff like parts and other things.

it means that you have potential for the future. in some situations you're still "sponsored", and other times you aren't. this is up to the company
