there a little heavier than last time but still super light, no one has broken one as far as i know. but the problem with the first ones the test ones were great but then the ones that shipped out were a lower grade of alloy and by the time they were on shelves it was too late. so these districts are very good

I have my district. And I love it. So solid. So light. And the brake idea is easy and solid. Get one.

The new V2 deck is totally solid, I know the person that makes them and the V2 is basically what the V1 should have been but the factory used the wrong grade alloy on the deck (like Brody said) and also wrong type of welding material on the production run. They sent district samples in the real stuff so they thought were fine and then shipped in wrong stuff to save themselves some cost (the factory not District) District did try to tell people the problems in advance and were gutted. Now got there own factory that only uses top material and quality checking there is really tight so you can be sure new decks are sound. If anyone is after one happy to do you a good deal as have plenty in stock, we are also making up some special scooters using all district parts at great prices , as well as selling our own decks soon we are dealers for district, pheonix, tsi, blunt, ambush, eagle and dsa so not only can we do deals on all of the above we have gotten to test all the decks (apart from blunt in next week) so can guarantee that the V2 is solid.

Making some custom district scooters for christmas delivery first batch are, white V2 Deck, white District forks, eagle fernando young black/white wheels with white glow in dark PU, Cropley S2 bars, in black, black district headset and double clamp, district compression kit and white district grips, district bearings, will get pics on when first finished but looking at parts together going to be sik! Can do the whole scooter built for £220, parts costs over £270 retail so bargain, anyone interested in this or another in different colours let us know, have pheonix, eagle, blunt, ambush, dsa, district and eagle parts so can pretty much make whatever you need. Cheers, Joel.
