i have river glides with speedy lunatic abec 5 bearings and they make a noise but its not too prevalent, but my back wheel spacer rattles and buzzes a tiny bit even though it is fully tightened. And when i hit the wheel one way its loose and rattaly but when i hit it the other way it makes little to know noise. Any one has this problem? And my compression comes loose a tiny bit, im running tilt scs reventon and tilt legacys

what deck are you riding and what does your back axle look like? like a bolt and locknut or like a stock razor axle?

i think its the wheel spacer because i switched the back one to the front (tilt fork) and its buzzes. Im using a 6 mm axle with a locknut

the internal diameter of a 608 bearing is 8mm? if you're using a 6mm axle that would explain any noises and you've probably royally fucked your bearings by now if you ride hard.

assuming "lunatic bearings" are made by a skateboard company...

Some skateboard bearings come with bearing spacers that are slightly bigger in diameter or smaller in length. this causes the rattle noise you hear; its because the bearing spacer has room to move up and down or side to side and "rattle".So all you should need to fix the problem is new bearing spacers.
