you buy a jd bug, from say, argossports.co.uk,then you bolt the deck, if you know what a deck is...
then you buy bike grips and put them on.
then maybe you buy wheels, eg metalcores or green machines or whatever.
then you go down to yoiur local park, push of with one foot and ride away.
