His name is Ryan McNamara, he rides for Phoenix UK and SkateHut. I witnessed him pull off the 2nd 540 flair on a scooter in the world on resi, but me put the video up and because about 60% of scooter kids under 16 are FAGS he got shit for not sending it to wood, so that's exactly what he did and he gets the last laugh because he's pure awesome <3
