Why do you ride

Why do you ride, say what you want besides the typical "its fun." We know that scootering is fun.
For me I like the sense of accomplishment from scootering and the fact that your'e doing something different, like how skateboarding used to be.

I tried a lot of different action sports as a kid. I was decent at bmx and skating but in the end it all came down do what I loved the most, skate and bmx just weren't as fun so I settled on scootering.
Edit: And I also wanted to do something no one else was doing
