Why wont my scooter bars fit on my razor ultra pro?

I am going to start scooting again after a long break and my mate gave me some blunt stripper bars and they will not fit on my razor ultra pro. can anyone help?

i had a hard time getting my lucky bars on my rup fork it just takes some elbow greese and some patients.

when bars dont fit for me i put a screw driver in the slit and try to open it a little.
