biggest sporting event in the world and i doubt many of you care about it.

i love soccer so im going to watch alot of it. obviously i want the USA to win, but i dont know if they can do it. i think itll be brazil or mexico.

anyone else's thoughts?

FUCK!!!! We have just lost with Ecuador! We have played like really nice in the first half, no shots on goal though until they scored their goal. They scored another one in the second half. But the refree had seen an offside when our player scored a goal but he was wrong, and in the end we had like two shots hitting the goal posts! Everyone on here's so mad. But well, our team has previously lost a friendly match witch Columbia, when their goalkeeper kicked out the ball from his field and scored a goal.
I bet that the last cups scheme will be repeated (we lost 0-2 with Korea, 0-4 with Portugal, the group favourite and then won 3-1 with USA), so we will be deadly buttfucked by Germany and then hopefuly win with Costarica and were not going out of our group.

But the only good thing is that we have beaten your team's asses at the last world cup haha.

Hahah I watched it Pete, gutted.

I love "football" too, probably gonna be watching the majority of the games. England have got a really good chance this year, a lot of good players, I personally think its between us, Argentina and Brazil.. I'm thinking Brazil will probably be boring and win it again though.

Haha I have read that they have 'made a simulation with the World Cup 2006 game' (prolly just ran the whole thing, every match computer vs computer) and Czech republic has won with Brasil in the final. There might be some big surprise but if not, Brasil wins again...

Its the first time Australias been in the world cup for aggges lol. But they are screwed because their first match is Japan then Brazil...

Still... Would be sick if they one it lol.

Well then remember that Greece won the european championchips like out of nowhere (and Poland has beaten Greece in a friendly match right before these championchips, lol), so it wont be a big surprise if a tam thats not supposed to be good wins again.

too bad Canada sucks so much balls at football (soccer) that they can't even get near the world cup, so I guess I want either Brazil, Germany, or the Czech Republic to win...

Bleh, because of those damn championchips I have watched football all day instead of going riding in a park. But the good thing is that Ive broken a fork when just riding outfront for a while between the matches so it would suck if I went to the park, broken the fork in a few minutes and had to go back home...

i still think the united states has a good chance. theyre ranked #5 which is huge since the US is just getting into soccer. theyve play the czech republic tomorrow so hopefully they can beat them and then win their group

it would actually be mad if we did especially with it being 40 years and all that there would be millions of people just partying in the street all night
