either.. you can get them in both.. and in .083 and .120 thick witch is tank.

Pros:
+ Fits on any headtube
+ LIIIIGHT
+ same offset as a pro fork so it didn't affect my riding whatsoever
+ plenty of fork tube length

- If you order from the guy himself then it takes a while for him to make but its worth the wait.
