Zero Offset Fork

i got the Zero Offset Fork a couple days ago and when i put it on with my inward one piece, it was hard to get on. I am using a stock headset with the ultra pro deck. the headset keeps on getting loose by itself, how cam i fix it?

if ur not using a locknut, use one, tighten the headset so its really tight, so when it loosens, itll be as loose as you want it
