just so you no micro did a head tube thing before lucky ever came not but instead if cnc head neck thing that went on the inside of the head tube micro made a head neck thing that went around the out side of the headtube

i like the idea of a scooter that (looks) foldable that can take some abuse.

if u look very closely at the headtube it somewhat looks like a phoenix or tsi headtube.

the photoshop sucked on that one because Antoine did it wanting to show is new prototype so who wants to blame this kid? He's nice, that's all.
It's a prototype and we rode the deck for a week before taking pictures of it so calm down if it looks dirty, i rode under the rain with it! It has no design because it's a prototype. I didn't lose a few hours painting this scoot because i wanted to test it as fast as I could because i had two days off.
Ok then, i'm pissed off about people spitting on the changes of French ID. They're dued to me so spit on me. I don't work full time for that, i get no money from it, at the moment, i can't even ride because my reinforced B broke. The french guys on the team are really devoted and spend some of their time posting on the facebook so you can stay tuned. Well it turns out that Antoine is really cool and has plenty of willingness but he didn't take a lot of time to photoshop that shit. I did that photoshop again, trust me, i used the pen tool and it took me some time to make it. Then i did put the 3D models too so it would look cooler. Of course this scooter won't be sold RAW. It's a prototype and we share this with you guys so you can see how it's tested and how the world of designing products works. Thanks to this, i know i won't get any email like "when does the vodk Id comes out" so you can be patient and realize we're not being absent. Before, you got one French ID video once a year and sometimes new product.
I try my best to make something good out of French ID, it takes plenty of time to edit this videos, to organize these contests and to deal with the products designs. If i don't do that, there would be no French ID anymore so no more videos with bibito nor contests in France. If you check the video, you'll see the engineer/biker who designed the scooter and he explains all this choices. WELL, what's pretty unfair with you guys spitting on these new deck design is that the profile came out from the mind of the actual creators of addict and i already tried my best to convince k-124 to make another profile and all i got was "no"... If you see the first prototype of the muffin 2 i got, it was johann and kevin's baby, trust me, i'm pretty sure you'll realise another reason why the left. So French ID lost a full prototype period because of that. Call that sabotage or whatever you want, that was retarded and when i saw it, dude... I wasn't really proud of riding a scooter. so suck whoever's balls you want, i don't care. revenge is retarded
The clamp looks like District: well perfectly except there are some small steel parts inside called inserts so you can screw as hard as you can tight without destroying the ridge on the bolt. Who cares who copies on who, in Taiwan, everyone gets other's canvas though makers and can copy freely as long as there's no patent. Don't worry, in a few years, scooters will look all the same like BMX do and it'll all be about design, prices and marketing. Yet the convergence point hasn't been reached yet so i guess there are many points to be fixed on a scooter!
Do you know any other brand than micro and razor, which make complete scooters for amateurs? Well that's the principle of this new scooter... you get a buff bar. I asked k124 if a one piece alu bar instead would be possible but i already knew the answer (doesn't fit in the box). But well, it turns out this bar is pretty delightful , except Morgan totally twisted it yesterday so we need to fix this.
I'm totally dedicated to scootering so your reactions won't make me depress that much but that was kinda lame. If you don't want French ID anymore, keep it coming. I don't want Frid to ruin my life, i already lost some friendship because of it.

We've finally received the new deck prototype. It can be folded but it's inspired from our locked folding mechanism so you get no shake at all. The profile is 11cm wide, 3° concave, the angle between the deck and bars is 82.5°. The folding mech is welded on the top of the deck, but also the front edge goes inside the deck and is welded inside too. A 'crook' plate has been welded on the front in order to avoid the scoot to snap because of smith grinds and overcrooks. I'll give more information about the weight and the tests results, but at the moment, two persons tested it and it doesn't feel like heavy. What I say is when i got back to my B, it felt like a toy. The concave stuff and the width make tricks way easier.
The brake system has been changed in order not to have a big weakening hole at the back of the deck. The distance between the wheel and the brake can be ajusted with a M6 allen key. It fits for 100mm and 110mm wheels.
I hope this system will work. Some might ask why we didn't make a fully one piece deck. Well at the moment, it looks like one piece decks are too rigid so you'll break wheels and axles instead of deck. It's kind of hard to explain, but the feeling you get here is that the folding mechanism is quite flexible and it gives you way more pop than a one piece deck. The headtube is a standard JdBug, Muffin, Razor, MS130B headtube so if it gets broken, i'm pretty sure you'll have one in stock.
