Anybody ever get bruised heels?

i get healbruise ALLLLLLLLLLLLL the time. literally, every fucking day it hauntys me. my right foot is fully fucked on the bottom, no matter how long i dont ride for it wont heal. 2 months i didnt hit it, then i hit it slightly and it wqas fucked for a week and constantly hurts when i touch it its really weird actually. another victim is royce king and jake spencer, they get it so much

I hate that....... I did a whip to whip off this ledge and my butt and heel landed at the same time on the floor(fail). And so it got burised the fuck outta. Can't walk that well..... Not if the heel cushions for the shoes help at all....

I did a double off a 4 foot ledge messed up and landed straight on my heel. i waited the pain out for 2 weeks then eventually saw a doctor and ended up i fucked up my growth plate.

Since this happened i now have gel inserts, helped it heal faster. If I hit me heel though, the pain comes back, it sucks.

2 days later and I still have to walk will all my weight off the heel haha. Hopefully it's better for riding tomorrow.

Yeah i did it by doing double whips and landed on the edge of my deck had a massive bruise hurt for like 2 weeks

Get good shoes or insoles like this kid did. They work like a charm
