Hom I wouldn't do anything along the lines of "Flexy" brake because it seem's like you are using TSI's idea of the flex fender. This company seems so legit and Im deffinetely going to make a video for the AM team.

And for the brake Hom, I would use something like OTT Slim Brake. Im not too sure I probably have some other ideas. Just PM me. Im willing to do alot for the team.
