It could be from a shipment in 2009. Just because you got it in 2010, does not mean it's a 2010 model.

not 100% true, it could be a old 2009 model retailer had stock of

the new versions has a headtube with a reinforcment inside basicly a wall inside the circle headtube

HOWEVER NOTICE THE FACTORY STAMP INTO THE DECK READ 2009 wtf
