Need tips on double

obvi get em flat first, even though thats a hypocritical statement cause i threw em over shit like that before doing them flat. buttttttt, get em flat and make sure to work onthe catches. just catch that shit all steezy and whatnot

basically, do whatever to get a shitload of air. then double. stick your feet down just like you would to catch a single, only you'll catch a double.
