I tightened the FCK out of the clamp and it barely wiggles? How bad of an idea is that?

It looks sweet. but i would use to double clamps and bang the clam pu already have on there onto the headset cups.

have some one sit on ur bars to compress your head set then tighten your clamp down like a boss

Are you talking both locknutS? Because when I put them on there with the topcap from the headset my forks are barely on there
It's not a bad idea at all if your bars are really snug against the headset (REALLY snug) and the clamps are cranked down hard.
Just ride it for a few days, if it gets too loose just.. throw the nut on, or tighten it up and crank the clamps down harder.

Rode it 2 days, it's a LITTLE loose, but it hasn't moved after that (Moves maybe an eighth of an inch forward?)

just have a friend sit on the bars to compress it and tighten your clamp like a boss

For the 20th time....The locknuts don't fit with this headset....Pushes the forks too far up........I really don't care about weight? It's a scooter for Christ's sake?!?!?
