All brand new except the RUP bars but there in really good condition (not bent) with a green fade to purple paint job.
Clamp sold
RUB - 17" wide x 18" Tall (No Slit)
Prorides - 18" wide x 22" tall (Slit)
Both of the bars are fade to purple not black.
