EAST2WEST Scooters Official Retail Thread

Since we have alot of threads all over the place i figured i would start a main thread to keep people updated, get feedback and discuss anything related to East2West.

I got in contact with Chris at Pheonix who i met at the XW Wheels comp. and will be placing a big order and will start carrying the full line up of Pheonix parts. Is there anything you guys want to see stocked in particular that other retailers might be lacking?

Were also looking for some creative contest/ special promotion ideas. The last 6 months have gone extremely well and we would like to give back to our customers. If you have any ideas drop them here. I still cant beleive we've only been in business for under 6 months!

I see that you ship international which is great!

One thing I would like too see is some stuff from maybe Proto and RAD, I would for sure order some bars from you then as very few on the online store ship international and Europe also have a demand for parts at decent prices.

Thanks, we understand theres a big demand so we try and ship as many parts overseas as we can. Id love to carry proto but ive heard its super hard to get stuff from them. Ive sent numerous emails to them and have gotten nothing back. I definitely appreaciate the comments, i will send some questions along to RAD to see if we can get some things worked out. Id eventually like to become the walmart of scooters and carry every brand and part, fully stocked and a nice easy functional site. However, not everyone can start out that big so we will continue to grow and work hard to bring the best service to the scooter world!

Honestly, i havent been there in a real long time. I do live about 45 minutes from there though. I was acutally thinking about putting on a comp there this summer. Ever since ive been away at college and started the business i havent had much time to ride anymore. I also play hockey for the school so that is pretty much a full time job too. On top of drinking and the normal college kid stuff, i dont really have any free time anymore. Hopefully the hard work will pay off some day

I definitely will, probably wont be until summer. Hopefully ill still be in the area after college, as ill be graduating in may and will be job searching. Either way im sure ill be out there, id love for someone to ride with as well. The stores doing well, were just trying to get stocked up with as much product as we can and keep the orders coming. New merchandise rolling in!

Alright folks, another little update i just dropped over $2,000 on new merchandise for the store. Including more Blunt Decks and District Decks in most colors, DSA HD forks, ODI Grips (back in stock), Tons of Eagle Wheels including spoked, specials and standards, more blunt strippers, all district grips, district headsets, and a ton more.

There will also be another yak order so ill be fully stocked with all the colors of scats and will also have the new mechanics and possibly the high rollers depending on release date.

I did, i actually put it up on the testimonials on the site as well if you dont mind lol. Im stoked you like them, im working on a new design for them too. Once we staret getting some orders come through and business picks up ill be able to get some more in. As time goes along we should be stocking even more parts. Im working on some Phoenix parts right now, so hopefully you can find something you like on the site

LOL, i wish i made enough to be able to afford the cost of a retail space. I only go to school out there, but if the store gets big enough id love to! i can try and contact French ID, but do they even sell to the U.S.? If so is there a distributor? Heck, maybe if there isnt we should do it haha ill try and send a few emails to see what they say. It will give em a chance to use that french haha. If not i jsut got the blunt forks in on Tuesday and i must say there unreal. Its tempting to take them out of stock and ride them myself lol

I appreciate it my man and thanks im trying my best. It was hard at first because i was away at school and couldnt keep inventory there so i had to call home and have family ship an order. Lets just say it was stressful lol. Anyways since i have been on break ive started to catch everything up and get more parts in stock. Ill be finishing uploading the site with all of the new parts tomorrow and will continue to stock more in the future. Im also going to be creating a new specials and promos page that will be full of incentives!
