Take a drill-bit that's a little larger than the axle, then drill into the hole for the allen wrench (on the side that's attatched to the axle, not the side that threads in). Drill through till you're well into the axle and the head of it will come off and you'll be able to slide it out.

i did that to it and broke the drill bit lol but i jsut got a hack saw and cut the axel so now its off.
