the diameter is but u can rin hic cus it needs to be etra thick so they wont break since theyre aluminum

Just the outer diameter. The inner diameter however is 1 1/4. So only ics/scs can be run on it.

District steel bars are not oversized. District makes all their parts for ICS.

yes^ they are oversized on the outside because aluminum needs to be thicker, but they are the same a stock bars on the inside and threadless,, i have a pair 22h 19w for sale
