Ok so i realllllllllllllllllly want to learn backflips. i can backflip flat on my feet.
I have a nice quarter i could do them off of. i overthink them too much,
i have access to mattresses. I just want to know if there that hard.
any easy ways to practice them?
how fast should i go?
Anything i should know?
are flairs easier?
are frontiflips easier?
really want to get them. i have no access to a foam pit.
thanks

i dont know much about it other than watching this thing on youtube, and they said the ramps push us todo backflips but we make outselves go out of it, so they said to roll your eyes back and just lean, and i think with the speed it will take time to find the right speed

Frontflips are less scary than backflips but prolly harder. the only time i have ever tried a backy was in to a foam pit.

you need to commit, its allll about commit, keep your head back, if you look forward at all your ------- and MAKE SURE YOU TUCK IF YOU WANT TO FLIP FAST ENOUGH.

backflips may seem easier because you are going with the ramp and yes they are scary but with a frontflip it is easier to "huck" your self over the bars

Nooo... Backflips are easier to throw because you already have the momentum of the ramp. However front flips are easier to land cause you can just land on your back wheel and pivot.

I think you just need to commit, keep your head pointing back and try to stay straight. On my skis I always turn like 60 degrees before I land and I find front flips way scarier,on skis anyways,a trampoline is less scary though.
