Lokking For A Replacement Headset For My Ultra Pro Deck (I have a threaded headset )

Whats a good headset for a replacement and until i get my threadless setup im gonna be using threaded stock forks so how do i make threadless headsets work with threaded forks? (Im new to the threaded/threadless headset thing so give me a break )

It is perfectly possible to run a threadless headset on threaded forks. But you want a headset with steel cups, not aluminum, so that the threads on the fork don't fuck up your headset. So a Cane Creek S3, FSA Orbit MX, etc, are out of the question. Get a Cane Creek S1. You don't need to do any mods, just install the headset normally.

I don't even know what that is honestly. Just saying though, you can never go wrong with the classic S1. And it's like 30 bucks.

or a 10 will be fine just any threadless headset like cane creeks will do and you can almost never go wrong with cane creek. i have a s1 and its still really nice speaking it was the lowest model and i think its from me messing it up, go with the 10

seems to be working fine for me, plus with the new cane creek series the bearings are interchangeable so you can put 110 bearings in a 10, great thinking by cane creek.

Get a district pro sealed headset off of No Limit scooters. I love mine, and it's cheapish.

Then just use the top nut that comes with threaded forks to push the top cap of the district headset down. Easy
