if i were you i would consider ripping some of your skin off and then glue it to your bars but have a thick layer for each one that way you will have reallly soft reallly cheap grips

if its a small tear on the side just take you grips off and cut off the ripped part... youll have shorter grips but itll prevent the ripped part from getting bigger

or take your girps off find someone with the same grips, take theres off and put yours on there bike or scooter and take theirs and put them on your scooter and leave
