ICS & Oversized Bars

already a thread , what bars ? if there district or any other aluminum bars , yes................ if you have steel bars , such as lucky , it can if you have a long ics bolt , a shim a top cap, a nut that threads on to the bolt ,and a threadless headset ..... put the shim on and top cap on , then run the long bolt up through the top cap , and thread a nut on the bolt , its a starnut-less compression , works great ,i think its called ihc ....... :)

district aren't oversized. They are standard inside and only oversized on the outside. SO it's better to not call them oversized, because you can't run HIC on them.

this man, and its because they are aluminum and aluminum isn't as strong so it needs to be thicker.
