let me explain to you how this works. You can have an scs or baby scs, where you order bars WITHOUT a slit, somewhere around two inches lower than your regular hieght. then, when you put the bar(around two inches lower than your regualr height) in your scs, It will raise the bars 2 inches, thus making it your regular height. If you have bars without the slit for ics and hic and such, you just slide the bars over the forktube, until they're resting on the top cap of your headset. And then they are the EXACT height off of the headset that you ordered them in.
