540 flat

I practice all the time and no improvement. I land 450's or even less most of the time. I carve as much as i can and bend my knees and spin as hard as I can. Help please

The easiest way I find to do them, is to take it a step at a time. I look at it as a 180, followed by a 360, so I concentrate on doing the 540 in two different parts.
