I thought proto decks had boxy sides,.

no only the 4.0's do

They do the sides come out .25 inches on the 4.5 x 20 so if you slice your hand open you need to Learn to hit the deck right. The zg's have way worse sides for fingerwhips.
I could never see myself trading my Orion

I really don't see how you can cut your hand doing a fingerwhip, I've done it with a lucky deck but that's because it had a shard sticking out. Even when I rode my flight or any other tsi I never cut my hand.

The zg's have way worse sides for fingerwhips.

Not really true, there is a section near the dropouts that is completely flush with the deckplate. Fingerwhips are easy on them.

Also Derek, remember to write something about why you think you should be on the team, not all of it is skill, you have to be a well-rounded person that loves to ride. That's what Todd is looking for.
