Ok, i just received a payment over paypal from a kid that has 0 posts and just joined. We talked about it and everything, but i still really dont trust that...

He is buying my grippers for $110 and sent me the money. Im just afraid that if i ship it, he will just file a dispute and get his money back...then keep my grippers.

Is there any way to be sure that he CANT do that?

he has to have a reason to file a claim, he cant just file a claim and get his money, he has to provide paypal a reason and proof

soon as u get the tracking number put it on paypal so they see that the tracking number is provided so if he tries to dispute and it showes delivered on the tracking number they wont refund his money

People will do shit like this, always get a tracking number and always take pictures at the post office! To prove it

Always ship with a tracking #. A buyer cannot get his money back unless he proves he did not receive his product. For the most part, you are safe. Paypal is about the safest way to do a transaction with someone you don't know these days.

I bought TB's off eBay and I never got them because the guy got sued. I filed a dispute provided a reason and got a full refund

If u provide tracking and post tracking on paypal he won't be able to get money back the only way he could is if u never shipped and never provided tracking or if the item he receives isn't as described but paypal always has to review the case first before the money is pulled

Yes, but he doesn't have to describe his complaint as a "non- ship". he can say items received were not as described.
