5. Consisteity or how ever the fuck you spell it lol, alot of other sports are very consistent compared to scootering.

anything else? just thinking

If you're talking about consistency when landing tricks, I'm gonna have to disagree with you on that one. Skaters almost always take way longer/way more tries to land tricks, even if they are really good.

Few reasons why scooters are still considered (little kid toy):
1. People that have been for years in our sport and still caring about BMXers' and skaters' attitude =]
No hate, CJ, but that looks a bit weird when you have mentioned it in all 5 reasons.

Give it a couple of years and you will see new clothing brands, new companies with badass names, more grown-up riders, better teams (as the competition will only be rising), more consistency and so on. Like serously, last summer I still have been riding my old reinforced pro model (inb4: sure, that's cause you live in Russia, lol) and today every single kid here rides a scooter with no stock parts. This is a fast growing market, so trust me, some more amazing things will happen soon including the growth of recognition and respect.

PS: That's judging from my experience, maybe in USA it's a bit different.

I hate it how kids make a big deal about riders leaving or changing sponsors and acting like the person died, who cares who they ride for, they still ride. All scooter kids do is winge and bitch.

I don't agree with most of that but I think we should have more companies without the +Scooters thing. Like how birdhouse is just birdhouse, not birdhouse skateboards. And how Haro is just Haro.

Super queer.
there are SO many reasons why scooters are gay. 90% of the community are a bunch of scallywag punks..if you guys sacked up and realized riders and companies do what they need to do to get to a bigger and better place. you guys gotta grow up and look at scootering as business. its not a small community anymore..its starting to grow. and the more you ignorant assholes talk shit on every company and complain about rider ownded companies. (SHUT THE FUCK UP TEAM PUP N SUDS)

moral is

STOP being so serious. its a scooter...i love scooters and its been my hobby/life for a decade. Ive seen alot. but if you guys cant take the heat..stop complaining and do something about it or shut up and suck it up.

2. The names of brands, there is alot of gay brand names in our sport. look at skateboarding and bmx teams names and look at some scooter company names.

this. like:
"madd gear"
"slamm"
and "razor"
mainly madd gear.

but really who cares about all this jsut ride, doesnt matter what your scooters called or if people think its a little kids thing. I mean where i live im basicly the only 13+ rider so yeah. Just ride.=D
