i just got my nitro today its freaken awsome but how do i tighten the headset it seems a little shakey and not that dialed

like i saw a hole on top of the hic cap and put an allen wrench in it and it doesnt catch anything so how do i tighten it

hold the fork then tighten

taking a picture of the fork/hic shim combo would help
