District brake not dialed

i put a piece of bike tube in the brake but after a month it started making a really ugly noise when i would drop test it.. any tips?

Tighten your back wheel? I thought it was my brake too, but I put washers on both sides of the axle and now everything is goooooood.

put more bike tube in the brake and replace the back axle with an actual grade 8 bolt. if its still not dialed its not the brake.

replacing the bolt wont really do anything. and the grade of the bolt doesnt determine the kind of bolt it is. bolts come in many different grades. you're probably meaning to say a bolt that uses a locknut.

put two peices of bike tube in thats wat i did and my scoot sound like a basketball
