Should I order a new crossbar because it's bent so when I ride it wobbles up and down?

I know, but it didn't fit because I have an 18 inch crossbar from home depot and it was to small so it wobbled.

if the crossbar wiggles when its totally tight, its not bent, the stem is ovalized. a know a few people that this happened to.

I know but Hep the crossbar is bent. When you look at it you can see it's not flat, it's curved. I will try to get some pics.
