best lubrication for bearings in a headset?

Bones Swiss Speed Cream will work on the headset bearings to? faster and smoother?

i tried that it didnt work to well

I use white lithium grease, soooo smooth and fast! It just takes a little time to work in. It also acts as a water block and helps your headset stay in "like-new" condition.

i use that on my unsealed headset it does an amazing job and its cheap and you wont go through it quick get that
