There actually shouldn't be any play in the headset. If there is play and it's moving back and forth then the compression is loose. All it should take is some tightening of the bolt at the top of the fork.
If it still doesn't tighten, you'll probably need a new conpression system as IHC isn't...
If you get the tall stack, I don't think there will be any need to use a spacer.
Although it is pretty nice to have a few spacers in the garage just in case. Just so you don't have to worry if the day ever comes that you do need one.
Literally the only thing good on that is the 120mm wheels. The rest isn't worth it. Trust us when we say the Flavor is the best complete you can get. Second place is the Ethic.
On the urethane? All it should take is like a wet paper towel and some elbow grease. At least for proto wheels that is. Never tried it on any other wheels.
Just the fact that there are foldys in the thumbnail, is a big enough reason to not watch it
