How you do? Trick? Tip? I can do hard 180 but no hard 180 barspin. help.

I recently bought a broken tilt fork from my friend. The top cap was only screwed in about 2 cm and it ripped out of the fork after landing a big gap. The Top of the fork is bent and the threads are strips. What do you guys suggest I do to make this fork riderable once again?

Does the crown race make a big difference as to how fast and smooth a headset spins? I bought a tilt headset but didn't bother switching the crown race because it almost fits and I have a Phoenix fork and the crown race is really to get off.

Are we going to have them this year?

Front feeble 540 out. How you do it? I can 540 on bank and fakie 540 and I can truck and 3 whip out of front feeble but I'm not even close to front feeble 540 out and I've been trying for long time.

Does anyone have any good transitions like film burn or other transitions they would like to share?

I'm having trouble holding feeble grinds for a long time. I can feeble really well but I cant hold it. Does anyone have any tips? Btw I'm talking about bs feeble.
