You want specs for T bars? All of them are the same. 4130 Chromoly, 1 1/4" steertube 7/8" crossbar.

Get a lock for you backpack if you have expensive shit. Then lock it to a fence of some shit. If anyone tries to mess with it you will have plenty of time to notice.
