You can set your Nikon to shoot a dual image. RAW (NEF) and a jpeg small. You can't take as many photos per card though since you are saving 2 images per shot but it gives you a lot more options when it comes time to preview, upload or edit.

"Video Quality" should definitely include how well it is filmed.
