Put a double clamp on. If that doesn't work find someone with a hand grinder or dremel or saw and cut the slit in the bars up about another inch and and re clamp it and that should be enough pressure to clamp the fork. You don't need any shims or sleeves or any of that crap.

Each photo gets its own news bulletin but whoever makes it needs to select the category as "POTW" I just set it up so at the bottom of the news page you will be able to sort all news to just show photos.
