um i have ridden both havent ridden proto in back but ive ridden eagles on both. so im just gonna say this as a front wheel. Speed wise i LOVE my eagle and it just feels like im going way faster than with my proto. but my protos were reallly incredibly smooth im still gonna go with eagle...
