get these http://www.danscomp.com/products/309007/FSA_PC_Headset_Spacer.html I would get a plastic one at your local bike/scooter shop for alot less money. and check if they have a starnut in the top but I dont think they do, you will need to cut them and hammer a starnut in. use this...- Michael Osterlund
