I always thought the Epsilon decks were hella light, rode my mates once and it didn't feel heavy whatsoever. The deck plate is just a bad idea though, it was too slippery for waxed ledges and rails. It's a better idea to just use wax and ride a TSI if you like grinds.

Ewww Looks like they jumped on the current trend of long/wide decks with 125 mm wheels but forgot the basics, like making the deck with closed front dropouts and decent back dropouts. The 3 bolts for the brake looks really ugly and overall the deck doesn't look like it would be good.

Bahaha no they don't. Had my Nimbus forks for 14 months and never stripped them even the tiniest bit and never had problems with them coming loose. It comes down to personal preference, personally I hate the Legacy top cap as it rounds off easy and it's a pain to get the SCS and forks aligned...

I'm a perfectionist when it comes to grip tape, I even cut it to fit that little semi circle at the front of the deck. Sledge decks are so easy to cut grip for though.
