I don't understand what is so hard to get, it's going to have to be "excluding" if it's going to be interesting. Everybody just saying to interview noobs so they will get interviewed. You all need to stop being selfish, honestly nobody cares about reading an interview about random people.

In a perfect world that would be nice but that's not how it works. The point is that nobody wants to read an interview about some random kids. People would stop reading them and it would just get really boring. I know everybody wants exposure but it just won't be something people want to read.

It sounds douchey, but well known people HAVE to be chosen. If we are just choosing a bunch of people who nobody knows and cares about, the interviews are going to get so damn boring. I, for one, don't really have any interest in reading about some kid I have never met, and probably never will.
