I don't have the top cap. I would need a starnut.

I recently bought a broken tilt fork from my friend. The top cap was only screwed in about 2 cm and it ripped out of the fork after landing a big gap. The Top of the fork is bent and the threads are strips. What do you guys suggest I do to make this fork riderable once again?

Hey Timur. I going to be in Moscow in a few weeks. Is it worth to bring my scooter and are there any indoor skate parks? And my Russian is pretty broken so would I have a hard time communicating with people or do most people speak a little bit of English?
