Looking to buy an SCS compression system, no particular style in specific. Looking to spend under 40 dollars. Can Only pay cash through mail and will only do so if you have people that can vouch for you so I know I wont be scammed.

But I'm broke is the issue here. I wouldn't be looking at a 15 SCS system if I had the money for a regular one. I'm buying bars off a friend, which are unslitted, so I need SCS.

Regular SCS doesn't use a slit, but look at the link. The bars go over the thing and then are clamped, so I feel like they have to be slitted still.

Would the VNC Hella Dank SCS need slitted bars still? That's kind of what I'm getting out of the pics.
