built in bar ends were on torn bars. I've seen a clampless scooter made by (i think) one of the Bartocheka or guys or whatever the spelling was. it looked really cool and apparently worked, it used like a really long ics bolt i think going into the top of the bar and then tightning at a hole...

ultra pro is a good bet, i wouldnt ged the end of day seriously man. you could buy second hand parts but i would get an ultra pro off amazon and upgrade parts when they break.

7075 is way stonger than 6061 lol, idk what was wrong with addict though, but seriously 7075 is real top notch, 6061 is still good though, a little worse than 6082

your phorx were probably defective, but i have heard of wedges bending really fast so maybe you are just unlucky. thom cats are strong and seniors are too, i am yet to see a snapped tilt so they are all good options
