longer decks break faster as there is more leverage, so maybe make them but with a worse warranty? im not that fussed on 21+ atm though but options are almost always good

no having a wider bottom makes it grind nicer with the feel of a less wide deck, which some people prefer and after a certain amount of width it feels weird. and how is a hole in the bottom going to be good, i know its not the be and end all but is a factor(especially with a wide ht as the hole...

like tight enough so that it starts being more resistance and starts slowing up (probably like you did with no wobble) but do a little more than that, like a half allen key turn or something. also grease or loctite can help keep the bolt in place

which is better for grinds, boxed ibeam or forza. also my ibeam (non boxed) is good for boardslides but honestly isnt great for smiths, putting on pegs now though as i eventually got new axles YAY! pegs ftw

any alu bars will be oversized on the outside but standard size on the inside as they need to be thicker than steel to last at all btw

depends, for flat probably 4.0 or something but for ramp more toward 4.5. make different sizes for your new deck when it is out

good for whips like a rup. im not a whip only kid i can assure you but its nice to have a deck like that for flat. i run an ibeam currently and the deck isnt that good for whipping (i can still dub whip up curbs etc...) holes in the top plate as it is better str:weight ratio then as top plate...

did you grind through the powder coat you need to be used to a deck i think like ridden it for a week each at least as your main to be able to judge

they are alot stronger but still not that strong, everyone will probably get a v2i as they are again stronger but still not that strong but most people love the feel. if the v2was real cheap it may be a good deal, if i was going to build a flat scoot i think a v2 would be good if it was cheap...

looking good, the thin bit by the headtube looks like the weakest point though, not saying its weak at all though. this looks nicer than the ibeam to ride but honestly doesn't look as strong (still looks very strong though) but it is lighter so what do you expect. also boxed ibeam pics please...
