i have a scooterzone shim and same with the lucky shim it has a taper on the end so it doesnt get stuck i would get the scooter zone hic shim it has an integrated top cap! so yeah its just your bars are getting jammed on the bottom of the fork where the dust cover is

oh haha eagles are horrible in my oppinion but i love my protos they're a bit pricey but way worth it

1. No one has lucky evos anymore (i dont think) if you're that desperate of a headtube just take one off a razor pro. And you should just buy wheels new but why eagles? You should just stick to protos or quakes
