I dont think it'll fit your RUP seeing as its made for a bigger deck and about it stopping you, it all depends on how hard you land but flex brakes are harder then spring brakes so it does take more effort to stop.

Im happy that Big people out there like shaun are starting to look at scootering as A REAL SPORT but im mad that this is probably a POS and rich kids just starting out are probably gunna end up getting ripped off
