the arx is probably the strongest headtube BUT it is NOT a good idea as the arch in it will put more stress on the deck so the gooseneck or arx is more deck friendly

i cut griptape in a rectangle cause its cheaper personally and also you dont need it on the sides and it saves time. griptape cut like that though does look better
