I mean, honestly every trick you can learn is more or less just feeling it out about how to best do it yourself. This comes with constant practice and knowing what you want to try to do. There's no real secret to truckdrivers, some people spin frontside, some backside, some throw their bars one...

Learn regular trucks. Then learn trucks with a regular barspin and an opposite spin. Then learn regular spin trucks with an oppo barspin. Then learn your oppo spin oppo bar. Then learn it all in fakie. Then learn it all in switch. Bam, truckdriving master.

Just learn to catch them, practice a ton and when you've done that, keep practicing them. Do what feels comfortable.
